Our kilim rugs and Turkish rugs are handwoven by artisans in 100% pure wool, each one a one-off piece that can never be repeated. Many are woven by women weavers across Türkiye, in regions such as Kayseri and Uşak, using designs and natural dyes passed down through generations. We also source exceptional pieces from neighbouring regions, including a vintage Afshar kilim runner from Iran and a hand-knotted rug from Afghanistan.
What is a kilim?
A kilim is a flat-woven rug, made by tightly interweaving coloured wool threads rather than knotting a pile. This makes a kilim light, durable and easy to move, so it works as well in a hallway or as a runner as it does under a dining table or hung as wall art.

Our collection includes new kilims woven in the traditional way and vintage kilims that are decades old, softened and enriched by time. Small variations in colour and shape are the signature of genuine handwork, not flaws.
